2. What ServiXio is

ServiXio is a portal with marketing apps and artificial intelligence agents that help your business serve its customers and create content.

By creating an account you accept these terms and the personal data processing policy.

3. Your account

• The details you give us must be true and up to date.

• You look after your password and you answer for what is done with your account.

• If you think someone got into your account, tell us right away.

4. Plans, credits and payments

• The plans, their prices and the credits each one includes are the ones you see on the Plans page when you buy.

• Each use of an app or reply from an agent spends credits. The cost of each app appears on its card.

• Payments are processed with PayPal. [PENDING: confirm other payment methods.]

5. Content made with artificial intelligence

• The apps and agents generate texts and replies with artificial intelligence, and they can make mistakes.

• Review what they generate before you publish or send it. You decide what gets used and you answer for what you publish.

• You confirm the prices, promises and business facts that appear in that content.

6. Allowed use

• Do not use ServiXio to message people who did not give their permission.

• Do not use it to deceive, impersonate others or for illegal activities.

• Do not try to get into accounts or data that are not yours, or to harm the service.

7. Your data and your customers' data

We process personal data as the personal data processing policy explains. When you use ServiXio to serve your customers, you are responsible for their data and for having their permission.

8. Ownership

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the portal available, but it can pause for maintenance or because of failures at the providers we use. We may change or improve the apps over time.
