Cookie policy

Version: draft of October 2, 2026

DRAFT: this text is pending review by a lawyer and is not the final version yet.

1. What a cookie is

A cookie is a small file the site keeps in your browser to remember something about you, like that you already signed in or which language you want.

2. The ones ServiXio uses today

  • Session: keeps your account open while you use the portal. Without it you would have to sign in again on every screen. It is necessary.

  • Language: remembers whether you see the portal in Spanish, English or Portuguese. It lasts up to one year.

3. What we keep in your browser that is not a cookie

  • Your light or dark mode preference.

  • The notices you already closed, so we do not show them again.

  • The plan you chose while you go to pay and come back, only during that visit.

4. Cookies from other companies

When you pay, PayPal processes the payment in its own window and may use its own cookies, under its own policy.

[PENDING: confirm whether another payment processor is active and name it here.]

5. What we do not use

Today ServiXio does not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies for analytics. If that changes, we will say so here and ask your permission first. [PENDING: confirm with Julia before publishing.]

6. How you control them

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the session cookie, you will not be able to stay signed in.
